The inspiration for this Energy is to energetically track areas of negativity, or shadow, or that which is a contraction away from the Light, and to dissolve such negativity at its source. Try using it to track lost or misplaced or forgotten items, memories, people etc… It can also be intentionally sent into your own form energetically with the prayer to release negative structures or focused externally to transcend negative connections (relationships, land etc…)
